FAQ

Are there any additional fees?

Additional fees would be for a location that you specifically requested to do photos at that require a photography fee (for example- Sunken Gardens in St Pete).

Travel fees will also be discussed for out of town sessions/weddings. Clients are responsible for travel costs and lodging.

Payments are broken down into a nonrefundable retainer due at the time of booking and the remainder of your session due the day before booking. The non refundable retainer is 50% of your session and is applied to your total. If there is a cancelation of your session, the retainer will not be refunded.

Additional options for rush delivery or refinement editing are available for a fee as well.

Where are you based and do you travel?

I'm based just south of Tampa, Florida, and yes I love to travel! If you want me to document your out-of-town story, it will require a travel fee, depending on when and where it takes place along with the desired session type.

For sessions between 50-200 miles away from 33572 there will be a flat $200 travel fee.

Sessions taking place within 50 miles of 33572 do not have any travel fees.

When will we get our photos?

You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within a maximum of 3 weeks. You can download all the photos from the gallery, share them with family and friends, choose your favorites, and also order prints or framed photos!

What happens if there is bad weather the day of my session?

I will reschedule the session within 4 weeks of your original session date.

I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session as deemed necessary.

Refunds on the remaining 50% of your session fee will be returned if I have to cancel and am unable to meet your rescheduled availability within 4 weeks of the original booking.

What are your accepted methods of payment?

Credit Card (3% fee through Stripe), Cash, Zelle, and Venmo.

I will invoice you directly when I send you confirmation of your booking. It will ask you to pay the 50% nonrefundable deposit. The remaining 50% is to be paid the day before the session.

If you want to pay in cash, please note that on your session request and we will make arrangements for payment.

Checks and other forms of payment not accepted. All payments will run through our invoicing platform.
